Starting pay at $38 – 42 per hour.

Job Overview: Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of high pressure steam boilers.  Provides direction to a team of three Maintenance Technicians.  Develops, implements, and performs preventative building and equipment maintenance processes to ensure safe and efficient operations. Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical systems and equipment a failure maintenance and repairs to ensure continuous uninterrupted operations.  Establishes and maintains open communication with internal partners including operations staff and external partners including vendors and contractors.

Preferred Experience:

• Combination of education in building and equipment maintenance and/or field experience to equal 5 years.
• 1 years of indirect or direct people leadership experience (may include informal leadership)
• Demonstrated knowledge of electricity and plumbing principles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of schematic prints as it pertains to equipment.
• Minimum 1st Class Grade B Boiler's License required, Chief B License preferred.
