Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee the wide range of daily operations within our In-Home Care agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of management systems. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high standards of agency policies and procedures, ensure the high quality of care to the clients we serve, and optimizing workflow processes to meet regulations and the daily operations of the agency. This position will also play a key role in marketing strategies and growth of the agency working with the Administrator to meet agency goals. Working with the Administrator to ensure timely payment of accounts receivables for outlined payees.

Duties

• Work directly under the Administrator to ensure quality of agency services.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities, ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor department efficiency.
• Supervise Employees and their workloads and strategize ways to improve efficiency.
• Communicate all necessary day to day concerns to the Administrator.
• Oversee the implementation of agency management systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Planning and organizing of trade show events and marketing advantages.
• Working with accounts receivables and timely billing for certain payees.
• Collaborate with staff to facilitate timely workflow of the day to day activities.
• Support improvement in any areas that might be lacking to have a team like environment.
• Conduct regular audits of materials handling processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and coordinate with the Administrator.
• Working with staff to ensure care of clients is being met, with emergency ability to fill open shifts if necessary.
• Overseeing schedule adjustments or concerns that might arise.
• Abiding by all tasks assigned by Administrator.

Experience

• Familiarity with office operations and the specific challenges associated with that environment.
• Strong understanding communication and problem solving.
• Experience with excel, Microsoft, and other computer programs.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions that positively impact operational efficiency.
• Strong attendance history in a professional environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour
