Concept Store Fixtures International LLC. (CSF Int, LLC.) is the Installation and Service group founded to support turnkey installations for its parent organization, CSF International, Inc. CSF International Inc. is a leading manufacturer of replacement parts, shelves, and case skin kits for all major brands of OEM refrigerated cases for the supermarket industry. Locations include Repentigny, Quebec (Canada), North Carolina, Bentonville, AR and Dallas, TX. Originally focused on re-skinning refrigerated display cases, we have expanded our product lines and now perform glass door retrofits, asset protection installation and LED retrofits to multi-deck and glass door cases. To provide our clients with the best possible results, we continue to grow our team across different areas of the business with Administration, Finance, Production, Project Management, and other roles.

Role:

The Warehouse Shipping Specialist is responsible for the pack and ship of part orders as required. Receiving bulk shipments, organizing stock and performing timely inventory counts are all part of the job.

R*ESPONSABILITIES:*

The Installation Field Engineer will:

• Complete work according to company specifications and established policies and procedures
• Report opportunities for over all process and product quality improvement
• Work as part of the Warehouse team to resolve all operational issues and find root cause
• Perform site inventory as assigned
• Ensure that CSF quality standards are respected throughout the shipping process
• Facility maintenance tasks as assigned
• All other tasks, as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma
• Certified Fork Lift Operator

Experience

• Previous experience in Warehouse environment
• Previous experience reporting completed work through a technology based reporting system, handheld or tablet device

Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Work with power and hand tools using proper trade practice and method
• Able to work collaboratively as part of the growing team
• Manual dexterity and common sense
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Applications, to include Outlook

*This position requires flexibility to travel by car and/or plane to installation project locations and work variable hours (days/evenings/nights/weekends)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
