Supervising the day to day operations of Bar and Concessions outlets for the Casino and Racetrack. Ensuring that all products served meet the established standards. Communicates with Chef, kitchen supervisors and/or Food and Beverage Director regarding food and beverage service. The Beverage and Concessions Manager is responsible for providing and creating a fun, exciting and profitable environment. Responsibilities include the successful execution of service related operations within the established operational standards.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. 5 years of supervisory, server and bartender experience.
3. Must be at least 21 years of age.
4. Must possess a New Mexico Alcohol Certification.
