Concessions Supervisor

Wage: $15 per hour Tips ($2-3 additional pay per hour)

Shift: Monday- Saturday including Holidays. Closed Sundays.

Responsibilities:

• Assists guests with concessions orders by cashiering and handling cash
• Fulfill orders with accuracy, efficiency, and cheer
• Be upbeat and patient with guests and coworkers
• Keep work areas clean and orderly
• Follow directions of manager
• Assist with all duties connected to each shift, such as prep, stocking, opening and closing
• Help motivate other employees, assign tasks, and follow up
• Other duties as assigned
• Adhere to and uphold Thanksgiving Point’s Mission, Values and Policies

Requirements:

• A great positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated, punctual, organized, and timely with work duties
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
• Kind and patient with guests and co-workers
• Willingness to learn and work as a team
• Clean and professional appearance
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time and lifting 25 lbs.
• Food Handlers Permit
• Pass a background check
