Job Overview:
We are seeking a flexible and dedicated individual to join our team as a Medical Assistant/Vaccinator. As a Vaccinator, you will play a crucial role in administering vaccines and providing essential healthcare services to the community. Travel is required - As a member of our vaccinating team, you will be responsible for covering a large metro area and will be expected to travel to service many facilities. Mileage reimbursement is offered. Hours/days are based on need and can vary. At this time, we are seeking reliable, flexible, independent, and adaptable Medical Assistants.

Duties:
- Administer vaccines following proper protocols and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of vaccines administered
- Monitor individuals post-vaccination for any adverse reactions
- Provide information and education regarding vaccines and immunizations
- Ensure a clean and organized vaccination environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient vaccine distribution

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals receiving vaccines
- Customer service experience to provide a positive and supportive environment
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to follow strict protocols and guidelines for vaccine administration
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Retail math knowledge for inventory management
- Technical sales experience for promoting vaccination services
- Proficiency in product demos to showcase vaccine benefits
- Upselling skills to encourage additional vaccinations when appropriate
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing vaccine payments
- Basic math skills for dosage calculations
- Experience in wireless sales or related fields
