Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for restoring and renovating concrete surfaces, as well as performing various tasks related to concrete work. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the use of power tools. Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces for concrete placement by cleaning, leveling, and compacting - Set up forms and ensure they are properly aligned - Pour and spread concrete using various techniques - Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools - Apply stucco or other finishes as required - Repair and patch damaged concrete surfaces - Assist with tile laying, frame carpentry, and other related tasks as needed - Operate concrete pumping equipment when necessary - Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Skills: - Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor - Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders - Experience with welding is a plus - Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
