**Job Overview:**

**Duties:**

• Executing Takeoffs and preparing Bids from a Pipeline
• Work along side Lead Estimator to manage customer base
• Tracking of Deadlines
• Server Based
• Initial Bid Setup
• Preparation of Bid Packages
• Maintaining Active Relationships with Customers

Software Packages to be Used (experience preferred but aptitude for learning mandatory)

• Windows 10-11 Professional
• File Explorer (Managing Files within Server)
• Google Drive / Sheets
• Gmail
• On Screen Takeoff 3
• Bluebeam Revu
• Adobe Acrobat

**Skills:**

• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and engineering language
• Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
• Strong base knowledge of computers and Windows 10-11
• Strong attention to detail in consistent file nomenclature and structure
• Ability to work independently on tasks with support from a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
