Your Role With Us:
The Manager Financial Planning and Analysis oversees the development of the quarterly rolling forecast and capital budget. Additionally, they lead their team in the maintenance and preparation of the long range financial plan, including: annual audit reconciliation, scenario modeling with cash flow, income statements, balance sheets, statistical ratio and additional reporting as needed. They direct staff in the maintenance of financial reporting systems to including reconciliation to source systems. The manager leads and manages staff in the design of the appropriate information and analytic response to requests, striving for an accurate, timely, and comprehensive response to each project or query; including but not limited to: business cases, proformas, monthly variance reporting, financial reporting, statistical analysis and maintenance of monthly statistics, service line reporting, market analysis, strategic analysis, capital analyses via use of financial tools such as NPV, ROI and sensitivity analysis, regulatory reporting, etc. The leader proactively assesses the financial reporting needs of the organization to provide value-added information and analysis in order to inform and improve operations. The manager leads and manages staff in data collection, analysis and present findings and/or recommendations for payor contract negotiations. They develop and coordinate finance strategy and vision for Salem Health. Provide consultation to business owners on financial matters and work on in-depth analyses to present financial models to assist in creating strategic and operational business plans. They facilitate the annual charge master pricing study.
