Configuration Analysis Supervisor supervises the coordination and administration of configuration management activities. Monitors released engineering change data to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies. Being a Configuration Analysis Supervisor reviews change documentation so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software. Acts as an advisor to the configuration analysis team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Additionally, Configuration Analysis Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Configuration Analysis Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Configuration Analysis Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Security Clearance:

Additional eligibility requirements for access to various levels of classified information may also be required. An active TS/SCI security clearance is highly desirable.
