Configuration Analysis Supervisor supervises the coordination and administration of configuration management activities. Monitors released engineering change data to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies. Being a Configuration Analysis Supervisor reviews change documentation so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software. Acts as an advisor to the configuration analysis team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Additionally, Configuration Analysis Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Configuration Analysis Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy and works one-on-one with clients who are diagnosed with Autism to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Registered Behavior Technicians receive ongoing training and support. RBTs are guaranteed a 40 hour work week and pay starts at $21.25 for RBTs. RBTs are able to advance within our level system to increase pay and earn other incentives.
