Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of approximately 5 configuration management professionals located in Glendale, AZ. This is a hybrid role - 3 days/per week in office and the other 2 can be work from home if desired. 
• Provide direction to a technical team in the CMADS organization who execute Configuration Management (CM)/ Data Management (DM) services supporting various project milestones and delivery dates.
• Provide guidance and direction that promotes employee development, using Honeywell's HPD and GCP processes.
• The Sr. Supervisor will interface with a broad range of internal/external customers to ensure timely delivery of CM / DM services.
• Role is a mixture of management and hands-on workload management.
