Configuration Analyst jobs in Sunnyvale, CA

Product Release Group (PRG) is seeking a Summer Intern who will work within the Configuration Operations team to manage the tools and processes used to support Oracle’s internal sales and quoting experience.  The role will involve analysis of functional requirements, as well as hands on involvement working with the tools and systems used by the team during the planning, implementation, and deployment of functionality to support various go-to-market initiatives for the company.

During the internship period, interns will work with the Configuration Analysts and Developers to streamline and improve the team’s part and configuration applications, as well as get exposure to how PRG works with key stakeholders to improve the product configuration and quoting experience associated with Oracle’s internal implementation of the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) SaaS application used by Oracle’s global sales organizations.

You will be an integral part of the development team with responsibilities that will include, but not be limited to: 

• Cross-team coordination with other members to understand their process, key deliverables, and work to centralize these processes and tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline current process to standardize and improve traceability.
• Assignment of special projects to build process automation.
