Administrative Construction Coordinator

Our busy Pool construction company is seeking an organized Administrative Construction Coordinator to support our office with clerical and administrative tasks.

As an Administrative Project Coordinator, you will provide direct support to Project Management and Office staff on upcoming and ongoing Construction Projects.

The ideal candidate will have great computer, communication, and time management skills. Previous experience in the industry is helpful, but not required. If you are looking for a great opportunity in administrative support, we’d love to talk with you!

• The Construction Coordinator assists with projects by collaborating with the Project Manager in providing administrative support to upcoming and ongoing projects
• This position coordinates both externally and internally with clients and project management for providing solutions in executions of project needs
• Resolves questions regarding the project; research and provide appropriate answers
• Utilizes programs including but not limited Excel.
• Monitor projects deadlines and support presentation of weekly progress reports covering action items and progress updates
• Obtain sign off of project documents & maintain electronic and paper files
• Administer project closeout activities
• Establish priorities and deadlines on project
• All other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
