The main objective of this position is to assist the lead Superintendent with all field tasks as assigned. Must be able to supervise more than one crew in a productive and safe manner and would have the ability to run the field aspects of a small project on your own when required.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of Project Coordinator/Engineer and/or Foreman experience is mandatory
• Can read all types of structural plans and civil plans including grading, utility, site, demo and details to correctly gather all required information to build a quality product.
• Perform basic site layout for utility & grading tasks
• Possess sufficient knowledge & skill to productively perform & supervise all FHC standard task code items.
• Capable of reading drawings and figuring grades and elevations off drawings
• Layout, transfer, and replace grade stakes as needed
• Be able to use GPS rover and explain files to operators
• Capable of establishing elevations off a benchmark
• Understanding of ADA requirements

Responcibilities

• Perform all FHC project information reporting including but not limited to computerized daily reporting, production reports, daily crew schedule, and 2-week look ahead schedules for your crew, safety documentation and material ticket processing with correct job # and cost code.
• Attend mandatory safety meetings at office or via video call once a month.
• Train and mentor other FHC field staff to allow for progression
• Review Procore timecard entries, cost codes and production numbers daily
• Have an updated OSHA 30 Course

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $101,000.00 per year
