Construction-related experience is a must and must be bi-lingual!

A construction firm specializing in residential projects is immediately seeking a Construction Project Coordinator that can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidate will be able to communicate with project managers / sub contractors / install manager on a daily basis.

Successful candidate must be extremely organized, have prior project coordination and/or project management experience, and be extremely computer literate. Candidate must be a self-starter, project a positive attitude, and possess a strong work ethic.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be bi-lingual
• Create project schedules.
• Manage warranties
• Coordinate with sub-contractors/ Project Managers / Install Manager
• Be responsible for all warranty claims
• Reports to Install Manager and Director Construction
• REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE)
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of construction
• Working knowledge of relevant county and municipal building codes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage coordination between PM's/ Schedule / Daily reports
• Able to communicate professionally and effectively with clients.
• Must be computer savvy. MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
