Description of Tasks:

• Oversee and direct day to day field activities.
• Must be able to coordinate work including allocating manpower, equipment and material needs.
• Must be able to productively operate and troubleshoot equipment
• Must have the know-how and willingness to operate equipment once duties are all coordinated.
• Responsible for coordination of site layout including setting, reviewing, and adjusting grades.
• Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
• Coordinate, supervise and direct the activities of subcontractors.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, walk, and work at heights for extended periods of time.
• Use arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects.
• Lift and carry materials weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects while carrying tools and equipment.
• Vision – ability to see details at close range and details at a distance (naturally or
• with correction) and distinguish colors.

Environmental Conditions:

• May work outside and exposed to weather.
• Wear protective or safety equipment, i.e., safety boots/shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats.
• Work in dusty or dirty surroundings.
• May be exposed to high levels of noise, grease, dust, and a variety of substances that are typically associated with a construction site.
