What You’ll Do at Monteith Construction

You will work to ensure a safe and quality project in order to deliver an exceptional building for our clients. Below, you will find some of the duties that you will perform as a commercial construction foreman:

• Ensuring that all projects are performed in accordance with contract and quality standards
• Scheduling and directing the daily activities of work and assuring that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, and quality are met
• Maintaining daily paperwork; timecards, field reports, and E-mail correspondence
• Promoting and maintaining safety, health and cleanliness on the jobsite
• Attending pre-construction, progress and other project meetings
• Participating in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives
