Construction Foreman jobs in Idaho

We are seeking an experienced foreman to join our team and lead projects related to our construction field. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, performing manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and loading materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, be able to work independently and as a team, and have the ability to give and follow instructions accurately. Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary.
• Perform physical labor such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Operate heavy equipment including but not limited to: backhoe, excavator, roller, mini-ex, etc.
• Perform general maintenance and repair work.
• Clean up debris and hazardous materials.

Required Experience:

• 3 years minimum water/sewer installations
• 2 years minimum Team Lead/Foreman

Preferred Experience:

• Trenchless Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
