Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Roustabout Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our oil and gas production militance. This is a physically demanding position that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, skid steers, tractors, and blades.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Support your crew with various tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
