    JOB SUMMARY:

    Our Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the entire construction project from pre-construction services, mobilization, through close-out completion by coordinating and supporting our field Superintendent’s. This Project Manager will office from our Fargo location and will collaborate with field Superintendent’s by coordinating and supervising all daily operations on the assigned project. This role does require minimal travel to project site locations as needed utilizing a company provided vehicle. The Project Manager will need to use knowledge, skill, and experience to ensure that the work is carried out safely, correctly, within budget, and on schedule.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinating, preparing, and scheduling work for the entire project team.
    • Build and monitor construction cost estimates and manage value engineering efforts.
    • Reviewing construction work to ensure work is being done per specification and acceptable quality.
    • Thorough knowledge of the construction plans and specifications.
    • Work with on-site Superintendent to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
    • Evaluate construction means and methods and determine cost effectiveness of constructability.
    • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliances with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
    • Prepare monthly construction reports for team and Ownership groups.
    • Build and foster relationships with Owners, design partners, and suppliers.
    • Reviewing, ordering materials & obtaining permits to complete construction work.
    • Review submittals, create RFI’s, coordinate with Superintendent among various trades to minimize conflicts.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Four-year bachelor’s degree in construction management and/or education and experience equivalence.
    • Experience with multi-family construction is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry applicable safety requirements.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and construction processes.
    • Professional with effective written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Computer Software requirements: Microsoft Office, MS Project or equal, and Procore.
    • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and collectively as a part of a team.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
