Reportingto the ChiefofQualityAssurance,the successful candidatemanagesstaff of Engineers,Architects, and InspectorsperformingQuality Assuranceauditofconstruction andfield recordsduringstage IVfor all PA contracts, Tenant Alteration Applications,Redevelopments, and Major Capital Projects.You will also confirmsuccessfulcompletion ofconstructionprojectsin accordance with the approveddesigndocuments and applicable codes;ConfirmsuccessfulTesting ofFire ProtectionandLife Safety(FPLS)systems,and Vertical Transportation(VT)systemsbefore occupancy or use. The successful candidate will alsoIssuePermitsto Occupy or Use for all projects and Certificatesof Completion for all PA Contracts;Managethe Post Construction Inspection(PCI)programto perform annual inspectionsofFPLSsystemsforall PA and Tenant maintained buildings(over 900 Bldgs.)andallVT systems(over 1500 units), as well as Boilers and Refrigeration systems;IssuePCIreportsto facility managersmonthlyfor corrective action(s).
