Position: Construction Superintendent

Location: Greenville, SC

Salary: Up to $100,000 BONUS

Are you ready to step into a leadership role and drive excellence in residential construction? We're seeking a passionate and experienced individual to oversee multiple community construction projects, ensuring quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role requiring field presence and collaboration with trade partners, construction managers, and other departments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor field construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Monitor and evaluate trade partner performance, ensuring improvements where needed.
• Uphold strict quality and safety standards, ensuring homes are 100% complete before closing.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine construction plans, cycle times, and execution strategies.
• Represent company values while fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in home building or residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, blueprints, building codes, and scopes of work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and construction software (Hyphen BuildPro preferred).
• A proactive, detail-oriented multitasker with excellent leadership skills.
