We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety guidelines. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.

```Duties```
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials
- Dig trenches and assist with excavation work
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

```Experience```
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is beneficial
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects is necessary for this role
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment
