Construction Loan Manager oversees construction lending officers and processes and conducts business development activities to achieve loan gain and profit objectives in a designated market. Develops relationships with builders and construction companies to obtain referrals and promote lending activity. Being a Construction Loan Manager provides operational guidance, coaching, and support to loan officers. Directs all facets of construction loan processing from origination to closing. Additionally, Construction Loan Manager reviews appraisals and credit analysis to ensure a comprehensive review process and to reduce risk. Authorizes loan requests within established limits or presents loans to loan committee for approval. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Construction Loan Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Construction Loan Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     What does a Construction Manager with Paul Davis do?

    Construction Managers work with property owners and insurance adjusters after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. As a Construction Manager, you will supervise the renovation including all of the subcontractors, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.

    Qualifications (Requirements):
    • High character with uncompromising commitment to honesty and integrity;

    Prior experience as a restoration project manager, construction project manager, estimator, or insurance adjuster are strong pluses (but must be willing to learn a new process). Industry certifications or licenses (such as IICRC, Lead, Mold, etc.) also strongly preferred. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training!

    Role on the Team (Job Functions):
    • Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience, etc.;
    • Profitably scope, estimate, and sign projects to get started, then create work orders and manage the entire execution of the project while managing your own budget;
    • Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and service level agreements;
    • Build relationships with insurance professionals, TPAs, and customers (both direct and B2B);
    • Recruit, develop, and manage subcontractors/tradesmen; develop partnerships and improve team performance.

Our current Construction Manager's yearly total compensations range from $50k (base salary before any commission, paid weekly) to >$200k depending on production. Candidates with significant prior experience as restoration project managers may qualify to start immediately as Senior Construction Manager at higher base salary. Regardless of seniority, there is no limit to earning potential! We believe in meritocracy and rewarding high performers!
