Interviews applicants, analyzes applicant's credit and financial status and obtains property appraisals to determine feasibility of granting loan. Being a Construction Loan Officer recommends loan terms and conditions and ensures loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy. Approves loan within established limits or refers to loan to loan committee for approval. Additionally, Construction Loan Officer may be responsible for disbursing loan proceeds based on the completion of designated project milestones. Requires a bachelor's degree.
