SUMMARY
Mortenson is looking for a Risk Management Coordinator to support the risk management department with trade partner prequalification. Provide overall assistance in support of the operating group's efforts to manage risk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Administer Mortenson's trade partner prequalification program
* Invite trade partners to complete Mortenson's prequalification form
* Communicate with trade partners to ensure proper qualification submittals
* Provide overall guidance to operating groups on the prequalification program
* Communicate qualification status and results through proper channels
* Maintain records and procedures
* Communicate requirements to project teams, external customers, and trade partners
* Maintaining and updating prequalification process guides
* Other duties or special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
* Associates degree or at least two years of support experience in administrative support or construction industry
* Experience in data entry
* Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365
* Ability to learn various complex computer programs/database systems
* Well organized and strong attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Positive, professional attitude, and excellent customer service skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Open to change based on diverse input and feedback
* Effectively work with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
