Our Designers interact with our account team to gather the scope of work for client projects and establish a game plan to develop, create, produce and then launch them. Our expectation of our teams is that they develop functional creative that hits project/client target goals and wins awards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with account team to produce creative/graphic elements of campaigns
Manage timelines and deadlines
Illustrate and present design ideas and approach
Develop buttoned-up, executable creative
Create original graphic designs and visual elements
Adhere to and work within brand guides
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Designer/Art Director or similar role
Portfolio of design projects
Mastery of Adobe design suite of tools
Executable knowledge of audio, video, interactive spaces and tools
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management skills
Illustration or other specialized creative skills a plus
