Construction Representative Assistant jobs in Houston, TX

The Sales Representative builds business by identifying and selling residential lawn care and landscape projects; meets with prospective leads and current customer to discuss and sell services. Further develops customer relationships by monitoring and assisting in all project work.

1-3 years of sales experience is required and at least 2 years in construction sales

Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience

Sells services to new potential clients

Meet with customers for scheduled appointments at their property to discuss their needs and sell services

Answers phone, respond to customer inquires

Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new services

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Maintains professional and technical knowledge

Tracks productivity with sales activity report

Ability to work independently/multi task/prioritize

Experience in managing jobs and crews

Oversee project work on-site

Assist project team as needed

Conduct final job inspections

Collect payment on project work

Provide both positive and negative feedback to VP

Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS
