Responsibilities:

• Drives and maximizes sales performance to consistently achieve the Sales goals.
• Plays an active role on the customer exploration through field trips, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Educates self on all construction product lines.
• “Owns the Business” – mindset to follow manager's lead to deliver the objectives set by AC Construction Depot
• Drives incremental store traffic by promoting AC Construction Depot in the marketspace
• Promote a culture of service and maintain the customer relationship
• Captures meaningful customer data to build relationships to personalize future client development opportunities.
• Adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures including operations, human resources, and security standards.

Job skills and experiences Required:

• 1 years of sales experience
• basic knowledge about construction materials
• Appreciation and desire to excel in client service in the construction industry
• Proven track record of providing superior customer service along with strong, sales-closing abilities
• An ability to prioritize/effectively respond to client, peers, and team needs
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with internal teams and clients
• Ability to monitor and analyze internal data against assigned KPIs

Compensations:

• When monthly individual sales is <= $30k, base salary is $500, driving and lunch subsidy is $200, commission is 5% of the sales amount before sales tax.
• When monthly individual sales is > $30k and <= $50k, base salary is $1000, driving and lunch subsidy is $400, commission is 5% of the sales amount before sales tax.
• When monthly individual sales is > $50k and <= $100k, base salary is $3000, driving and lunch subsidy is $600, commission is 5% of the sales amount before sales tax.
• When monthly individual sales is > $100k, base salary is $5000, driving and lunch subsidy is $600, commission is 5% of the sales amount before sales tax.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
