Job Overview:

We are a growing roofing company looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales/project manager. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets

-Must be able to develop leads through door knocking, and referrals

- inspect roofs for damage and help homeowners with the insurance process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Skills:
- Experience in sales is a plus, but not necessary we’ll train the right candidate.

-Must be able to get up on a roof to inspect for damage
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
