We are looking for a Water Heater Coordinator to provide product sales and services information and setting up appointments as well as resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The WHC's are genially excited to assist customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The goal is to respond efficiently to customers appointments, inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. You have the opportunity for uncapped earning potential as this is 100% commission based.

    Responsibilities:

    * Inside Sales, Hot Leads, No Cold Calls

    * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

    * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

    * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up if necessary

    * Keep accurate records of customer interactions

    Skills:

    * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

    * Excellent communication and presentation skills

    * Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

    * Computer knowledge

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
