    Job Summary:
    We're looking for a personable Solar Representative to join our team! You'll be the face of our company, interacting with potential clients directly at their homes. Your main tasks will involve introducing our services, scheduling appointments, and driving business growth. This role requires conducting door-to-door visits, presenting product information, persuading individuals to support renewable energy, and arranging consultations.

    Responsibilities
    • Engage with homeowners in specific neighborhoods, focusing on manufactured parks and HOA communities.
    • Drive sales through targeted product promotions and initiatives outlined by the company.
    • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
    • Address inquiries and resolve concerns from individuals.
    • Record contact details and interactions accurately.
    • Adhere to established communication scripts and guidelines.
    • Schedule appointments and finalize sales, meeting Cyberdyne's service standards.
    • Keep precise records in the CRM system.
    Qualifications
    • Proficient in reading, writing, counting, and clear communication.
    • Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.
    • Experience in high-volume sales or scheduling preferred.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

    • Full-time availability with flexibility in scheduling.

    Additional Information:
    We are open to both experienced candidates and newcomers who are coachable and eager to learn. Start as a Residential Solar Representative with the opportunity to advance to a Specialist and Designer role. A Residential Solar Representative spends time traveling within their local market, this role requires the ability to drive to customer locations and get in and out of the vehicle multiple times per day. This position may also require walking and standing for extended periods of time while consulting with customers. The ability to communicate fluently in English is an essential function of this role. Fluency in another language besides English is a plus.
