We are looking for an expert Construction Lead/Supervisor with a positive attitude and who takes pride in their work to join our team.
As the Lead/Supervisor, you will be responsible for understanding the scope of each project you are assigned to. You will be responsible for ensuring your team is prepared for the work ahead. You will work closely with the business owner to formulate plans for each project and working to ensure they are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
On a daily basis, you will be working alongside a crew of varying skill levels and it will be your responsibility to make sure they understand their tasks and timelines for each job site. You will be intracule in helping to grow our employees' skills and knowledge in a safe and professional manner.
We provide remodel, addition and repair services to our clients. We are word-of-mouth company and have worked hard the last 20 years to make sure that our clients keep coming back and refer others to us.
