Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with and follow instructions of the forman

• Uphold the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction as well as the highest quality of workmanship

• Clean and maintain the job site

• Protect the client’s property through the use of floor guards, plastic sheeting, and plywood shielding

• Check work along the way to ensure it's up to code and specifications

• Make sure all schedule benchmarks are hit and communicate with the Foreman when issues arise in the field that make those benchmarks unattainable.

• Coordinate with Foreman when in need of tools and materials

• Maintain equipment and vehicles through pre-trip inspections and weekly cleaning

• Do final walkthroughs of finished jobs with the foreman

• Work with blueprints

• Work with materials such as concrete, Piers, framing, and earth

• Use levels, rules, plumb bobs, hand tools, pneumatic tools, hydraulic equipment, gauges, and power tools

• Work in crawlspaces

• Create structures for pouring concrete

• Understand how to load and haul equipment and trailers

• Move and utilize machinery and hydraulic lifting equipment
