You’ll bring:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Sales experience
• Be willing to work as a member of a team
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction
• Prior customer service experience is encouraged
• Valid Driver's License and not be afraid of heights (You will need to be able to get on a residential roof)
• Access to vehicle able to carry ladders is required
• The ability to meet new people with confidence. You will knock doors in in this position.

What you do:

• Work with the homeowner to educate and assist them on their roofing, siding and window projects.
• Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership
• Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
