Requires technical knowledge of multiple construction processes and extensive experience in a given field of inspection work. Additionally, Construction Representative, Sr. may be responsible for overseeing the work of less experienced inspectors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Construction Representative, Sr. is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.     Job Description:

    The successful candidate will develop their pipeline thru prospecting, responding to inbound leads, attending site walk-thrus,  and building relationships. The ideal candidate will develop scopes of work and proposals, win contracts by identifying client needs and provide complete and appropriate solutions while representing and conveying Alpine’s values and mission.

    Responsibilities:
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships through referrals, industry groups, networking, and outbound touches.
    • Review project bid documents and attend site walk-thrus.
    • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs.
    • Track opportunities and activities with Alpine’s CRM system.
    • Expedite the resolution of client problems and concerns to maximize satisfaction.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
    • Continuously improve through feedback and other training sources and self-development practices
    • Achieve or exceed sales goals.

    Salary Base: $65,000 -$70,000.00 plus commissions.
