This is a commission-based position with UNLIMITED earning potential. Yes, you heard that right - UNLIMITED earning potential. Our top sales representative has earned $600k this year alone. Our structure guarantees that you get paid for the level of EFFORT you put in; the more effort you invest, the greater your rewards! The job involves fieldwork, such as climbing on roofs, handling ladders, transporting materials, driving to various locations, door-knocking, and exposure to diverse weather conditions, among other responsibilities.

Inspect roofs and exteriors for storm damage

Develop and maintain relationships with customers.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

Keep up-to-date with product information and changes in the industry.

Provide customer service support.

Documenting general roofing components, defects, and storm damage related findings on the property.

Participate in proactive live lead generation by engaging in door-knocking and seeking referrals.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Compensation package:

1099 contract

Paid training

Commission only: 8% - 14% of contracted price

Exceptional performance bonus opportunities

Uncapped commission

Weekly paychecks

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
