Fortunato Construction Group is a family owned and operated commercial construction management firm based in central Connecticut and working throughout the northeast. FCG is currently looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a construction related field or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience. This opportunity requires a minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience with extensive knowledge of budgeting, design, and estimating, scheduling, purchasing and overall project management. This position will provide management direction for 2-3 projects at a given time, and prepare bids and proposals to secure new work.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Project managers are responsible for representing the company in owner and subcontractor project meetings.
Candidate must have strong computer skills and experience with MS project, word & Excel. Procore and Building Connected experience a plus but not required.
