This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor at CH Construction Group in Miami, FL. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for site supervision, communication with subcontractors and team members, conducting inspections, ensuring construction safety, and overseeing overall project progress. The Construction Supervisor will also collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in construction inspection and quality control
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with high-end remodeling and renovation projects is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
