Consumer Credit Manager supervises underwriting operations and oversees the loan application review process to determine loan eligibility and terms. Responsible for the development and evaluation of priorities and policies for the maintenance and construction of the organization’s facilities. This includes oversight of building renovations, equipment needs and maintenance, grounds/building maintenance, obtaining contract bids, and overall efficient use of facilities and the management of applicable contractors and vendors. Responsible for the daily maintenance, repairs, installation and construction of the organization’s facilities. This includes, but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, power generation and back-up, structural, roof, paint, appliances, equipment and security systems. Manages and coordinates repairs and renovation/construction costs to established budgets.
Responsible for overseeing the shipping/receiving function for the credit union and physical security for credit union locations.
Researches and recommends cost efficiencies related to current and proposed systems.
Responsible for analysis and negotiation of new and existing office leases and ATM location leases. Coordinates space planning in all locations.
Maintains life cycle planning and development for all AltaOne equipment and leases. Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual facilities capex and other related budgets, scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances. Establishes and implements plans that have short term (1-2 year) impact on business results in alignment with organizational goals.
Provides for all facility, construction and associated maintenance and renovations to include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, telephone, lighting, drive-up systems, sound/music, power generation and back-up, structural, roof, paint, appliances, including the purchase of new or replacement equipment. Electronically tracks all issues and actions taken.
Monitors and ensures contractor compliance for company contracts including but not limited to: landscape, janitorial, HVAC, carpet, elevator and snow removal. Coordinates and tracks contracts for janitorial, grounds maintenance and waste disposal at all branches. Prepares bid specifications for company and oversees the implementation contract. Maintains a file of vendors for all facility related functions.
Hires, orients, trains, schedules and evaluates staff.
Works closely with contractors and vendors to address and resolve issues that arise. Maintains familiarity with vendor’s scope of work to ensure work is being appropriately completed and done to our standards. Works as a liaison between general contractor or vendor, to ensure construction projects remain on-time and on-budget. May serve as construction lead on enterprise construction projects.
Maintains adequate inventory of maintenance products used in all buildings. Maintains a life cycle management system for all leases and equipment under the management of Facilities.
Works closely with the Compliance and Security Manager to ensure buildings, areas and grounds are safe for employees and visitors including placement of security equipment in new or existing branch or ATM locations.
Develops and adheres to annual facilities budget. Identifies opportunities to create and implement efficiencies and cost reductions.
Responsible for maintenance and overall upkeep of company vehicle's.
Oversees department mailing functions: shipping and receiving. Responsible for maintaining adequate associated supplies.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Experience
Five to ten years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions and three to five years management experience.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
High school diploma or GED required. State approved drivers license is required.
