Assists customers through the loan process by researching and answering complex or unique customer inquiries, clarifying details, and coordinating with internal parties. Additionally, Consumer Credit Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. In your role as Teller Supervisor at our Broken Arrow South branch, you will provide supervisory support to your team of tellers, identify areas of improvement for your department from the employee standpoint and provide coaching and training to further develop individuals. You will oversee the daily operations of the teller department, resolve issues for members and handle teller functions all while meeting our service standards.
