Summary:

The Loan Partner will be the first point of contact for Synergy One Lending by providing administrative support, assist in daily business scheduling, and data base management tasks. The Loan Partner will collaborate with a high producing team in all aspects of the mortgage loan origination process.

Essential Functions:

• Provide administrative, marketing, communication, relationship management, and processing support.
• Review documentation while ensuring all necessary checklists are followed.
• Maintain effective communication with agents and customers to obtain timely receipt of loan packages, executed Agreement of Sale, and all trailing loan documents.
• Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork.
• Screen and make calls, book appointments, and provide administrative support as needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industry.
• Ability and willingness to get licensed in the future.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position does not have direct reports.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Mortgage industry experience a plus.
• NMLS license in Idaho is required.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer applications ( AUS systems- DU , Loan Prospector, systems such as Work #, FHA connection, VA Portal ).
• Advanced knowledge of loan products and processes preferred.

Physical Demands/ Environment:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
