Consumer Loan Collector contacts customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their loans and obtains payments, commitment agreements or establishes a repayment plan. Follows set policies and procedures when determining suitable collection solution. Being a Consumer Loan Collector requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Consumer Loan Collector may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations
HS Diploma / GED
Preferred :
Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
Bilingual - Spanish
