Consumer Loan Collector jobs in Portsmouth, OH

Provide excellent customer service and maintain timely payments of customers.

Job Specific Duties

• Telephone collections
• Outside vehicles/Inventory vehicles, document and store personal property.
• Skip Trace
• Be in group on telephone
• Answer phones
• Take payments
• Process reports
• Process charge off accounts and verify insurance coverage
• Filing
• Team member- Work well with others and work to meet goals.
• Operate office machines: fax machine, copier, scanner, personal computer, printers and adding machine.
• Goal Oriented
• Assist in repo of customer vehicles  

 Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma required.
• Must be able to effectively handle criticism and high stress situations.
• Must have excellent follow up skills.
• Ability to meet the company’s production and quality standards. Must be self-motivated.
• Goal Driven
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required
• Must pass a criminal history background check and drug screen

Hours: 8-5 Daily. Must work 2 Saturdays a month from 9-2. 

Pay Rate: Hourly rate plus monthly bonus
