Role Description
In this role, you will work with central and market teams across GFiber to ensure that all deployment and operations activities are executed through consistent processes and standards, leading to the highest level of service for GFiber's customers. You will develop and manage the Quality and Adherence programs spanning engineering, deployment and operations scopes, working with teams across GFiber to ensure consistent implementation of these programs. Through tracking and analytics, you will identify opportunities to improve the Standards and Programs involved in Quality and Adherence and will lead associated change initiatives. You are a dynamic, self-starter, with energy and enthusiasm and enjoy collaborating with people across several business lines. You are able to move at a fast pace and create space for original thinking and analysis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a key part in providing users with great GFiber experiences!

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $136,000 - $150,000 bonus equity benefits. Your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
