Consumer Loan Quality Assurance Manager jobs in Temple, TX

The Quality Assurance Manager, under the direction of the Director of Warranty and Quality Assurance Department, is responsible for providing Field Quality Control inspections in support of Stylecraft Builders construction standards and guidelines. This individual will work independently spending up to 80% of time in the field performing home site inspections following local, state and national building codes or other similar program standards. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct Pre-drywall inspections, Final Inspections and Confirmation of Completion Inspections on all assigned homes.
• Assist in the ongoing refinement and enhancement of the QA standards, installation specifications, and QA delivery systems as well as providing input into divisional feedback system to improve products, scopes of work, quality, quantities, cost reductions, and system efficiency improvements.
• Maintain high performance standards for timely scheduling and on-time arrival, positive client relations, and quality assurance protocols.
• Provide technical support to trade contractors related to job installation and best practices.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and outside vendors and sub-contractors to ensure services are installed per contract and building guidelines.
• Maintain current and appropriate knowledge of national and local codes.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience with residential inspections
• TREC Certification preferred
