Consumer Loan Quality Assurance Representative ensures that the collection call processes meet company standards and guidelines. Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations
Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED
Preferred:
Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
Bilingual - Spanish
