    Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager for Unsecured Lending Consumer Servicing and Default. This role will lead talented and dynamic product delivery teams in close partnership with partners in Technology, Operations, and Risk Management. The remit includes direct leadership of the ongoing transformation agenda of Collections processes supporting Credit Cards, Personal Lending, Overdraft Deposit, and Small Business Lending.  The successful candidate will lead high-performing teams, have experience creating comprehensive multi-year business cases to progress transformation investments, and demonstrate an enduring passion for continuous improvement through Agile principles.

    In this role, you will:

    • Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for executing product strategy for Unsecured Lending Default including Collections, Bankruptcy and Legal Remedies.

    • Through partnership with Product CX and Technology, responsible for leadership of the omni-channel digital transformation journey for Unsecured Lending Default.

    • Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success.

    • Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements.

    • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables.

    • Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations.

    • Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers Interact directly with vendors.

    • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management.

    • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

    • Contribute as a Senior Leader in the Consumer Lending Product organization.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 6 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

    • 3 years of Management experience

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 8 years’ experience in leading product management for high visibility products with millions of users

    • 6 year direct management experience

    • Senior level leadership experience managing a complex organization including managers, individual contributors, and vendor resources across multiple global locations.

    • Deep experience in Product Development supporting Unsecured Lending Servicing and Default Functions with expertise in the post-charge off and recovery lifecycle.

    • Demonstrated expertise in Design Thinking and Lean techniques to elicit Product delivery strategy.

    • Defining, building towards, and launching MVPs that turn into successful products.

    • Ability to communicate strategies and trade-offs to multiple levels of stakeholders, across vital functional groups, and within development teams.

    • Experience defining product KPIs and success metrics.

    • Expertise establishing and developing strong working relationships with all levels of associates and external parties, while maintaining appropriate levels of objectivity to their work

    • Experience delivering products against plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed-responsibility and often ambiguous environment.

    • Strong technical knowledge and depth necessary to propose and influence new product and feature ideas.

    • Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to present sophisticated ideas in concise written and verbal descriptions easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Previously driven business processes to include assessment of impacts, risks, prioritization, and market analysis.

    • Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges, and lead the product vision, and writing clear/concise requirements with consideration for the end-to-end experience.

    • Ability to appreciate integrity and approach business, decision-making, and responsibilities honestly and with candor.

    • Agile Experience
