Consumer Loan Servicing Manager manages the loan servicing function to deliver efficient collections, escrow, and cashiering operations. Establishes processes and procedures to maintain accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Topsider Building Systems, Inc., designer and fabricator of distinctive high-end, custom post & beam homes with 1,000s sold and shipped worldwide since 1968, is expanding its inside sales force (in Clemmons, NC near Winston-Salem) and seeks career-oriented selling/sales manager to lead the team. Heavy in-coming lead volume. We do not sell modular, or mobile homes – and we are not a builder. Heavy phone and email contact. All sales leads are incoming from referrals and web presence. Very limited travel.
COMPENSATION: $80k to $150k (Includes salary incentives and bonus.)
REQUIREMENTS:
· Extensive professional relationship consumer sales/sales mgt experience (Preferably in new home construction, upscale real estate, housing development, etc.)
· Knowledge of the basics of residential constriction and building materials.
· Competent and comfortable working in an office by phone and email for the majority of prospective customer contacts. (Ultimately, many clients will visit, but incoming leads are worldwide.)
· Prepared to work some evenings and Saturdays.
· College degree or equivalent in experience.
· Well-traveled and/or otherwise acquainted with eastern U.S. coastal areas. (Many of our sales are in coastal areas, particularly in Florida.)
